XXXI EUFASA CONFERENCE, RIGA, MARCH 2015 FORGING THE FUTURE

The XXXI EUFASA Conference took place in Riga, Latvia on the 23rd and 24th March 2015. 41 delegates from 23 EUFASA member states represented their Associations. By the invitation of the Latvian Chair, Family Officers (FO) from EUFASA delegate countries’ Ministries of Foreign Affairs were invited to take part in the conference for the first time. FO from Belgium, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Spain and Sweden participated. German FO represent by a spouse from the German Embassy in Latvia. 9 Observers from European Embassies in Riga attended the conference. The Minister of the Foreign Affairs of Latvia, the Hon. Edgars Rinkēvičs, opened the conference.
