EUFASA laid out recommendations to MFAs in its Declaration on the Rights of Foreign Service Families in 2019. The document covers the supports that all MFAs should provide to foreign service partners, spouses, and children so that they are not unnecessarily disadvantaged because of accompanying foreign service officers on postings abroad.
